The Daily Beast reported recently that a tragic motor vehicle accident in upstate New York in the early morning hours of Sunday, February 28, 2021 may have been no accident, in which a woman allegedly mowed down her boyfriend shortly after he got out of the car they were sharing in order to walk.
According to a news release issued by the New York State Police, the incident took place between 1:45 a.m. and 1:50 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Sunday, February 28, 2021 near #3 County Route 85 in the town of Tuscarora, close to the border of Pennsylvania and New York, when police received a 911 call of a deceased male in the roadway.

The deceased male, a man from Addison 31 years of age, was driving with his girlfriend, a Tuscarora woman 29 years of age, when for an unknown reason, the male exited the vehicle and began to walk. At that time, the female entered the driver’s seat of the vehicle and allegedly ran the male over.
The male was pronounced dead at the scene and the woman has been charged with Vehicular Manslaughter 2nd Degree, Manslaughter 2nd Degree, Reckless Driving, Driving While Intoxicated, and Unsafe Start.
