A$AP Bari Involved in NYC Lamborghini Crash, Three Injured

AceShowbiz.com reports that A$AP Bari, fashion designer and co-founder of the hip-hop collective A$AP Mob, was a passenger in a vehicle involved in an NYC car accident Monday that wrecked a Lamborghini and sent three people to the hospital.

Police statements indicate the red Lambo was on FDR Highway near 49th Street when the driver, a 23-year-old woman, cut across traffic attempting to exit the highway but lost control of the vehicle. They crashed into the protective barriers and spun out to a stop, severely damaging the vehicle, causing tires to blow out and the airbags to deploy.

Three people were sent to the hospital as a result of the accident. A$AP Bari, whose real name is Jabari Shelton, was said to have only minor injuries, although he was wearing a bandage on his arm while speaking to responding police at the scene of the accident.

A$AP Bari, as many hip-hop fans are aware, is a key creative figure in A$AP Mob, which he founded in 2006 with A$AP Yams, A$AP Kham, and A$AP Illz. Other members include Playboy Carti and the well known A$AP Rocky. The other occupants of the vehicle have not been identified by investigating police.
